Conference Poster Printing near the Palais des congrès
We print scientific and research posters for conferences at the Palais des congrès, at our downtown Montreal shop a 5-minute walk away. A0, 48 × 48 in., 36 × 48 in. or any size up to 48 × 96 in., on paper or foam board, with same-day printing available. Pick up your poster at our reception desk or have it delivered to your hotel or the Palais.
Recommended to presenters at conferences held at the Palais des congrès, including ISMB 2024 and STI & HIV 2025.

- Materials: matte, gloss or satin paper, vinyl, foam board, Eagle Cell, Sintra or styrene. We don’t print on fabric.
- Travel: paper posters come rolled in a tube.
- Pickup: 432 Saint-Pierre Street, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., no appointment needed. Closed on weekends.
- Delivery: to your hotel or the Palais des congrès, weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Payment: credit or debit card, bank transfer, cash, or remotely by phone or e-transfer.
- Invoice: issued to your university or lab.
