We are open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If your conference or event is on a weekend, plan to pick up your order by Friday at 5 p.m.

Yes. You can pick up your order at our reception desk during business hours, no appointment needed.

Our shop is at 432 Saint-Pierre Street in downtown Montreal, a 5-minute walk from the Palais des congrès.

Yes. We ship throughout Quebec, across Canada and elsewhere in North America, including the United States.

Yes. We deliver to your hotel or directly to the Palais des congrès, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Yes, as long as we receive your files before 9 a.m. that day.

Usually within one hour of receiving your request during business hours. If your request is urgent and you have not heard back within that time, give us a call.

Bank transfer, credit card, debit card and cash. You can also pay remotely, by phone or by e-transfer.

Yes. Pay by phone or by e-transfer, then send a colleague to pick up the order at our reception desk.

Yes. We can invoice any organization, including a university or a research lab. We do not issue invoices in the name of a research grant.

There is no minimum. Our HP Indigo press prints from a single copy, and we print a single poster or sign in large format. The only exception is labels and stickers, which start at 250 units.

Our prices depend on size, material, quantity and finishing, so every project is quoted individually. Send us your request with those details and we will usually reply within the hour.

It depends on the product, quantity and finishing. Several large-format products can be ready the same day. Include your deadline in your request and we will quickly confirm whether we can meet it.

Yes. We can produce a full proof of your project before printing. Ask your representative about the cost.

Yes. Book an appointment with your representative to look at our paper samples at the shop.

PDF is the ideal format. We also accept native files from your design software. Files created in Canva or a similar tool must be supplied as PDFs. See our printing guide.

Contact your representative directly. We keep your files for 6 months after production; after that, you will need to send them again.

No. Our presses require papers with a specific grain direction and weight, so we supply the paper for every job.

Yes. If the paper you want is out of stock or must be special-ordered, we will suggest an equivalent paper we have in stock.

We stock eco-friendly papers, including Sustana Enviro 100. We do not hold FSC certification.

Yes. We print variable data from your databases, such as an Excel file: a different name on each badge, or a different number or QR code on each sticker. We can also generate QR codes and UPC codes.

We print on HP Indigo, Konica Minolta and Océ (Canon) digital presses, HP Latex, Agfa Anapurna and Konica Minolta AccurioWide wide-format printers, and a Konica Minolta AccurioLabel label press.

No. We print from print-ready files. Our team can, however, lay out a food label and create the structural design for packaging.

Yes. We offer discounts to non-profit organizations and for sponsorships. Mention it in your request.

Yes. We produce white-label work for other printers.

Rarely. We already work directly with several municipalities and levels of government.

No. We do not offer scanning services, including large-format scanning.

In some cases. Tell us which item you need in your request and we will confirm whether we can produce it.

We do not offer graphic design, scanning, printing on client-supplied paper, wood, glass or fabric, clear, wash-off, thermal or UL 969 labels, fabric posters, 3D floor mats or industrial prototyping. Board games are produced as prototypes only. We are closed on weekends.

It depends on the size, the type of product and the number of batches. For example, 1,000 copies of a 32-page booklet are best printed offset. If the same booklet is produced in 4 batches of 250, HP Indigo digital becomes the better option. Your representative will recommend the most cost-effective process.

The page limit depends on the paper. As a general rule, a document of more than 52 pages will usually be perfect bound.

Yes. Keep in mind that a single copy is necessarily more expensive, since it requires several make-readies.

We provide it. For hardcover (case-bound) and perfect-bound books, we give you the exact spine width before you prepare your cover.

All types of folds: bi-fold, tri-fold, accordion (Z-fold), cross fold and gatefold. On card stock, we score before folding so the paper does not crack.

Our thickest card stock is 18 pt. For an even thicker card, we can laminate two sheets together.

Yes. We produce cards for several employees, or several versions, in a single order, using your database.

Yes, through specialized partners. Most of our finishes are done in-house, but embellishments such as foil stamping and embossing are produced externally. They cannot be done on a rush basis.

Yes. On our offset presses, we print all Pantone (PMS) inks as well as white ink, for example on black paper.

Yes. Our digital printing lets us produce invitations, greeting cards and thank-you cards from a single copy, with matching custom envelopes.

Yes, we print custom envelopes digitally.

Yes. We take care of mail processing and drop-off at Canada Post.

Yes. We print on an HP Indigo digital press at our downtown shop. It prints from a single copy and can personalize each one (names, numbers, QR codes).

We offer lamination. We do not offer embellishments, such as foil, on labels.

Rigid substrates: foam board (foamcore), coroplast, acrylic (Plexiglas), styrene, Sintra (expanded PVC), wood and Alupanel (aluminum composite, similar to Dibond). Flexible media: adhesive vinyl, perforated vinyl, paper, static cling and backlit film.

For indoor use (welcome signs, seating charts, tabletop posters), foam board is light and easy to set up. For outdoor use (yard signs, construction sites, outdoor events), coroplast stands up to the weather. Sintra (expanded PVC) and Alupanel are more rigid and suited to long-term signage.

About two years on average. Actual lifespan depends on the environment and exposure to the weather.

Yes. Foam board posters are among the products we can turn around the same day. Send your file as early as possible and include your deadline in your request.

The most requested: 11 × 17 in. (tabloid, 27.9 × 43.2 cm), 18 × 24 in. (45.7 × 61 cm), 24 × 36 in. (61 × 91.4 cm), A1 (594 × 841 mm, 23.4 × 33.1 in.) and A0 (841 × 1189 mm, 33.1 × 46.8 in.). We also print any custom size.

We stock matte, gloss and satin papers, as well as Arches paper for prints meant for framing.

Yes, for flexible posters: they are delivered rolled in a tube or a cardboard envelope. Rigid posters are delivered flat in cardboard packaging.

Yes. We install every product we print, including window lettering, frosted vinyl and wall murals.

Yes. Perforated vinyl lets people inside see out while showing your graphic outside. We produce it single- or double-sided; for double-sided, we print clear perforated vinyl in two layers with a solid white backing.

We offer wall coverings that are easy to remove for temporary use, and permanent wall coverings for long-term installations. Tell us how long the mural will stay up.

We produce interpretive panels and wall murals. We do not produce 3D floor mats.

Yes, in a single or double pass.

Rarely. We prefer to work with certified materials we know well. We do not print on wood, glass or fabric supplied by the client.

Any size up to 48 × 96 in. (122 × 244 cm). The most common: A0 (841 × 1189 mm, or 33.1 × 46.8 in.), 48 × 48 in. (4′ × 4′, 121.9 × 121.9 cm) and 36 × 48 in. (Arch E, 91.4 × 121.9 cm).

We print posters on paper, vinyl, foam board, Eagle Cell, Sintra, styrene and adhesive vinyl. We do not print fabric posters; for travel, your paper poster comes rolled in a tube.

Yes. We print posters on foam board, a rigid substrate that stands on a table or an easel.

Yes. Group pricing can be negotiated. Include the number of posters in your request.

Yes. Everything is produced under one roof: name badges, signage, programs, flyers, posters and roll-up banners.

The Basic model suits light use, a few times a year. The Deluxe model is built for heavy use, several times a week.
